We love Westgate

I liked the lake view, and the outside areas were green and well maintained. I didn't realize this was a timeshare place. It was busy with golf carts showing property to individuals. Although they have several decent-sized pools, each pool was packed full of people. The waterpark is an extra expense; you can only use it if you pay $25.00 each day per person. I learned my lesson; I will do a lot more research before I book a place to stay in the future.

The best stuff ever specially the front desk very helpful, but the breakfast was terrible

Hotel is still under construction but what is updated so far is very nice. Room was comfortable. Just a slight bit noisy in the morning hearing work being done.

Place was ok if all you’re going to do is sleep. There were a lot of issues with our room. Shower door was broke in Master bedroom and wouldn’t close. Ceiling fans were broke, couch was broke and sunk in so bad you couldn’t even sit on it. Property is older and run down. I would spend the extra money and upgrade to the renovated rooms. Unfortunately we will never stay here again but if all you’re doing is sleeping price was decent
