Balbigny Vacation Packages

We chose not to have breakfast, it was expensive but was told it was wonderful.

Comfortable and quiet room, excellent breakfast, and nice garden area to relax in. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would return again!

Location was very good, when I got to my room there was hair and rest of nuts on the floor. The changed me to a better room The room looked very nice big space as well as big toilet too. However the hallways and access to the rooms look very poorly, the carpet in the floors look dirty and not well maintained. The coffee machine didn’t work for the days I was there. The lady at check in was very helpful to change me to another room. During the day they were couple of guys ( a tall guy and a young girl ) who were very ok not very interested or attentive at all, unless you would say hi or good morning/ evening they would not say a thing.

The hotel is really great, good location. I think they upgrade my room. It's a beautiful, two-story suite. And the guys in front desk are very friendly, very helpful.

The hotel location was away from the tourist area but close enough to visit key places. Metro station 5mins walk from the hotel. Loved the outside bar and the view over the city. Breakfast a little disappointing - no hot options and overall quality of food could be improved. Bed mattress was a little hard! Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Great location in vieux Lyon. building with character; spiral stair, old building. charming and unique. best for solo traveler and or short stay., at least in the standard room we had. no storage for clothing and minimal free walking space. toilet space was separate from shower area which was convenient. not a modern building so Travellers should be aware that they might have to use stairs to access room...even tho there is an elevator.
