The hotel boasts stunning surroundings, and the staff are exceptionally welcoming—they gave us lots of helpful tips for exploring the area.

Convenient location

Hotel was ok, very quiet, not too many people around. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great. Gym was average and run down. Only there for one night so can’t comment much more.

Everything was perfect - location, room size, cleanliness, service. Short walk to westlake and we took a stroll to in77 shopping area. Before our rooms are ready, they have driver sending and picking us to nearby areas. The driver is very kind in recommending local food places for us (e.g. longjing restaurant main branch, 奎元馆) which is cheap and good and locals visited. Even after check in, if driver is available, also help to send us to dinner and pick us up after dinner, bringing us nearby shops to get something we needed. Driver also recommended us good places for massage. Concierge was also very friendly, with good memories as they keep track of our parcels when we were out for sightseeing. Although room is a bit old fashioned, but it’s clean and beds are comfortable. Thumbs up for everything.
