空港にお迎えに来てくれました。大人４人２部屋それぞれ鍵ついてます 部屋から花火がみれます 部屋の清掃は行き届いていますし、シャワーの水圧良いです。 ケーブルカー乗り場に近いのとエスカレーターが隣にあるホテルなので楽です。 フロントのMAYAさんがとても親切でバギーを呼んでくれたり、地元の美味しい海鮮レストランや安いスーパーを教えてくれました。

The property is very confusing. Several hotels and rental apartments under the same address. No front desk for help. Several managers for all th rentals. Security Guards are a joke. Good for nothing. No help. Property is well located but very busy and noisy. Quality of bed and linens very poor. In my particular case I canceled the remaining nights and still waiting for refund. Couldn't sleep. Mattress to hard and dirty pillows. Managers tried to help but just the same but stuff.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, comfortable and with views of the sea. Slight smell of damp, but that was throughout the whole tower, not just the room. Everything in the room worked fine and the host services was easy and punctual.

Could not find the hotel it was a completely different name.the staff were not helpfull took over 30min for the man to come to take us to our room The room was nice bed was good but dirty walls sockets falling out there was a few bags of rice and other stuff that was left behind so i dont think they really clean the room.

Amenities fantastic…. Staff reception average…. Room cleanliness below average…. But all in all still a good place to stay.

We were very very disappointed when check in , we booked one the apartment 3 bedrooms sea view & fireworks, but They want to give us 3 bedrooms different level no view at all , we rejected it then we had the problem too much problem communicated with owner ,5 hours couldn’t check in because she didn’t know ENGLISH at all , she took the email from Expedia then translated it in Vietnamese languages , wasn’t exactly that the booking, finally after 5 hours fighting then she gave us the apartment 3 bedrooms but no sea view & fireworks, we lost 5 hours with too bad ….too bad communication, so tired& hungry, unhappy to check in , hope everyone be careful with this place
