The Berkeley Hotel
The room was very spacious and equipped with a full size fridge and sink for a family of 4 with kids. Valet was available and were prompt with our vehicle when needed. Our stay was excellent for the weekend.

Quirk Hotel Richmond
Rooms are noisy, we had one bed that was very squeeky. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it took over 30 minutes to get because they forgot about us. Rooftop was also not open, and we didn't know it was not open until we got there.

Horrible experience, holes in sheets, horrible smell in room, asked for change of room and was told they were fully booked, even though they had an empty parking lot at 2am. Was given an empty can of febreeze for the smell.
