Rat nests in the strip of garden in front of the hotel saw 3 large rats not mice and reported to reception
Power outage one day
Entrance to pool via sauna area exceptionally hot
Anarchy one day on breakfast service due to staff shortage
Water in lobby not iced
No cooked tomatoes final day breakfast
No room water replacement one day
Unable to check out as other guest arguing about being charged for a broken bed that he had reported immediately on arrival
Very slow elevators
Small rooms
A/c temp setting constantly changing day to day 16 to 20 to 19
Heater rail on in bathroom fighting against a/c
Coming back to reception pre midnight to find desk unstaffed & doors locked
No assistance with baggage
No warning RER B closed
