Great, small hotel near the centre of Paris. Wonderful staff who were really helpful. Room was good sized with a large bathroom, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet, but coffee, water and snacks were available all day and for free.

Overcharged for a ground floor street facing room next to the public toilet, which was falsely advertised. Cleaning staff entered the room without knocking first on two occasions. Not the standard of service, accountability or compensation one would expect from a 5 star hotel - stay somewhere else.
