Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.

We stayed 1 night. There was no parking as it is bang on city Center. No lift, which was a pain to carry things up. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The shower was terrible, very hot and then very cold. The place is on very busy street but no noise disturbance. Overall ok for what it is but won’t stay there again.

Friendly helpful staff, clean classy room

Lovely hotel and rooms with plenty of storage space. The rooms on ground floor have a parking space right outside with access via patio doors direct from the room which makes it easy to load/unload luggage. Bar area lovely for drinks. We didn't get chance to eat dinner at the restaurant but options on the menu looked nice. Breakfast was OK. Poached eggs tasted of vinegar but edible, bacon not too good but apart from that everything was exceptional and I would recommend staying here. Staff lovely and friendly Really close to Beamish museum which is what we came to see.

rooms were very warm due to the weather however on the first night no fans where available, reception stated that they look for one and let me know, never heard from them. Managed to get a fan for the second night after asking a helpful member of the cleaning staff. Breakfast buffet items such as bacon and beans were cold with items such as apple juice and jams not available due to running out
