The entire staff was absolutely incredible, check in, kitchen, bar and cleaning crew, everyone was so kind! The hotel is fabulous: comfortable bed, good water pressure, great air conditioning, beautiful surroundings. The castle is like walking back in time and totally worth the money. The food was great: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar staff were so attentive and understanding of any requests I had.

This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly.

The air-conditioning was broken in my room and they had no other rooms available nor any maintenance to fix the problem. Had to go to a different hotel because the heat was just too dangerous to sleep in during summer.

Very polite and informative staff. Everything was clean and in working order. Easy parking and great location.
