It was a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. It was ok

Wonderful room with spectacular views of the Matterhorn. Spacious room with a comfy couch and large balcony with lounge chairs. Overlooking the main shopping and dining street reasonably close to the station. Some noise in the evenings but we had to keep the doors and window open due to the warm nights. Good breakfast buffet each morning. Only negative was the elevator was out of service while we were there and our room was on the 3rd floor. Still 10/10.

The room was beautiful with a great view of the Matterhorn. Oliver was a great host and was super helpful.

Modern, clean,amazing amenities, beautiful view of Matterhorn from the pool! We LOVED staying here and highly recommended with families! Comfortable beds, plush towels and robes and delicious breakfast! Thank you for the US!

The unit was clean and nice. It was great to have the kitchen, as we found restaurants in Zermatt to be very expensive. Generally, we found mountain restaurants to be a better value and had great food. Then made a simple dinner at the. Condo. Note that the company has many units throughout Zermatt so photos and views from our unit were not as beautiful as those shown in photos.
