Check in was easy and the staff was nice. We got to the room and there was a bag of laundry right in the entrance and 2 huge boxes. The dining room table was dirty. The AC in the master bedroom was weak and the room wasn't cool till the next day. They also dripped water on the floor. When I was leaving the room to check out, maintenance came and could not believe they had rented the room out knowing the AC was broken. The huge boxes in the entrance were new ACs to replace the ACs in the rental. When I told the lady who was at check-out, she didn't seem to care and said I should have complained. I don't usually complain and her attitude and lack of care is why I am writing this review. She said, she couldn't give me a discount or anything because I didn't complain. They knew the AC wasn't working when they rented the room. Thats terrible service and unethical.

Great customer service Kind and amability Great experience

Overall I would stay here again. Good views for morning risers. I got to store luggage until check in which started at 4pm. Hosted communicated well. I got to check in by 3pm because I was early arrival but it depends on the host. The front desk was nice and friendly. I felt safe in this area. There was an issue with the door lock so maintenance came quickly to fix it. Also this apartment is on the 7th floor with amazing views but it is outdated. There is mold in the lights, the countertop in the kitchen was cracked, the door was broken, the rusty light in the corner didn’t work, A/C Unit leaks and it gets slippery on the balcony, and the closet was broken with wires exposed. I tried uploading photos but this option didn’t work for me. We ask to change towels but the host said only 1 towel change midway through the stay and it never came. There is a pool on property but the hot tub did not work, but got both beach towels and bathroom towels. There is blow dryer but it’s old. The convenience of the place next to Old San Juan and Condado Lagoon is the perfect spot to uber everywhere which is why I booked this spot. Also Caribe Hilton is close to rent a day pass for $100 and have 24/7 ice cream shop. There is a local market shop and Piola’s Pizza was good to eat after the beach which is a 10min walk. I would rate a 3/5 because of the location but the host needs to update the apartment with new outlets, new painted walls, and new lights. No parking onsite.

Excelente alojamiento, muy limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Todo estuvo perfecto. ¡Sin duda volvería!

I arrived to find the room infested with cockroaches and I communicated with the owner who would tell me she would be sending over here assistant to show me another room. That room was also found to be inadequate as the walls were had been painted to hide mold, which could be seen coming through the paint. I contacted t h e thethe woman again and told herI would be leaving the hotel and that she should refund me the cost of the hotel. She refuses to refund me the money. She said my standards were to high. That I should have been comfortable sleep with cockroaches. Hotels. Com contacted the woman and told me she refused to refund the money. I have since contacted my card and placed a dispute.
