It was a wonderful experience. I wish we arrived at Gaia earlier in the day for the view of the river and the nice pond they had in the courtyard. But regardless of late arrival, the staff are wonderful and very friendly. Tony was very accommodating. Plenty of parking all around the hotel. The food at Woodside Grill, part of Gaia, was very delicious. We didn't had time sit and eat, the server make excellent recommendations to eat on the road. The avocado smash is still worth it ♡♡♡
Next time we're going to come back again for the bungalows.

On our way back home after a long trip, we reached almost at midnight. We were naturally tired after a long day. I was blown away by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.
Firstly, at the front-desk, it refreshing to find someone who actually listens and responds with helpful and clarity. (Location of the room. What to expect at breakfast.). As we entered the room, on the desk was a hand written note welcoming us and wishing us a nice stay. The hotel serves just the basic breakfast. but the person serving it was really actively engaged in making the guests the most out of it.
