I asked for a wakeup call. The person at the front desk said the have a clique in the system. I chose this hotel only because of the airport pickup. My flight was leaving at 12:45. They could not get in touch with their driver. Taxi service would take 30 min to 45 min. to pick me up. I would never stay at this place again.

Hotel was well appointed and had a nice sitting area separate from the 2 queen beds. The beds were perfect for me, fluffy, comfy, right amount of firmness. They offered a complimentary evening drink and heavy snack option which as nice. Did not eat the complimentary breakfast. The only issue for me was having people above us who were really noisy, and heavy walkers. This isn’t anything the hotel can predict.

Not happy that I was not made aware at booking that on my Friday stay there was a city car show that locked me out of access to the hotel for 4 hours (5-9pm). It was too late for me to cancel as I learned this at check in. My wife and I had to kill time to come to our room after birthday dinner with my granddaughters. We like this hotel, but this experience has me considering others for our June trip.

Highly recommended

Hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. Our room is very spacious and well designed. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only negative thing is the mattresses in our room are too soft. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Will definitely visit again.

Excessive noise late into the night that front desk was not able to resolve with other guests. Dog in another room was howling and whining for over an hour early in am and late evening hours. Intoxicated guests. Shower drain clogged.

The desk staff were very friendly and Pregnant and they went as far as even having the people in the kitchen chop me up some fresh cucumbers for my water for free. The rooms were clean they were very comfortable the beds were super soft the pillows were awesome the only thing I had to say was the bathtub the spout was a little bit loose so like when I would turn on the water with like turn so I had to turn it back I was a little afraid it was going to break but other than that everything was pretty good the only downside is I ended up having to leave early due to being sick and I wasn't able to get back my last night because of paying through hotels.com but I was more of a hotels.com thing not a hotel thing
