AC not working, changed room- bed not made, third room- fire alarm 10:30 at night. ONE woman to manage entire place at night. She was making effort but also juggling other customers. Morning staff very casual about such a disruptive experience at Comfort Inn. And this had a good rating on Expedia?? Leaves me wary…

When we arrived the clerk (the only person on staff) was in another room. We waited over thirty minutes just to be greeted. After she was done taking care of the customers that were before us, she finally got ready to check us in. She did nothing but complain about the other customers and I’m quoting her when I say she said,”when I stay in a motel rooms, I stay there to sleep. I don’t call the front desk and keep hounding them for things, and then she went on to complain that she was the only person working every single night and she was getting tired of it. I could go on and on because this isn’t the end of the horrible bad service we got, but I’m gonna end it here.

Stayed a few days with children. It’s a clean small hotel that fits our needs. We went exploring the area and it’s in a nice quiet area. Came with breakfast which was good. It’s your standard hotel breakfast. The staff that was working the breakfast are great. Always making sure everything is filled and clean.
