Dorm light was burn and I was in the dark during my stay, the alarm was beeping probably low batterys I mentioned it and didn't do any good last bathroom were really clean on my last stay not so clean this time. Location is excellent and price 👌 could use some windows screens it gets really hot and with open windows mosquitoes eat u alive.

We had a good experience , great service, staff very friendly and the hotel it’s so close to the down town of Morelia .

Highly recommend your stay here and if you want the best breakfast go on Saturday’s and/or Sunday- live music starting at 10:00AM- our favorite waitress is Iris, we make sure to ask for her station when we dine there.

Location, Location, Location!!!!! Room was very clean and just the right size for my wife and I. The staff were very friendly and informative. The air conditioning worked very well. Overall, we were very happy with our selection of this property!!

First the great things: Beautiful architecture and decor. Very clean, comfortable room (I had the master suite), and extremely comfortable bed. Enjoyed room service which was tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast in the moring was delicious. The not so great: Was only given 1 water per guest for the room. I was told one water per guest was complimentary when being shown the room. The water was the same brand that I buy at Sam's Club. 175 pesos roughly for a case. And we were given one and never told we could get more. Keep in mind I had the most expensive room in the hotel. The in room coffee maker was either too confusing (and I've used many different ones) or I was provided with the wrong pods required. I messed around with it awhile and tried a few different things and still only wound up with hot water. I'm pretty sure I wasn't given the right pods for the machine. The soaps and shampoos are pretty cheap. Not what you would expect for this kind of property. Nothing provided in terms of a shower cap, shoe mitt or make up removal pads for instance. Basic shampoo and soap is what you get. Parking is not on-site. I found the advertised parking confusing. There is one parking space. Once one car takes it, you're forced to park at a site across a busy 4 lane street a little distance from the hotel. If you have a lot of bags, you need to get them to the hotel yourself. No valet, no help offered for bags. Overall okay, but I've stayed better for cheaper in Morelia several times
