Nice place with very friendly and helpful desk staff. Showing its age a little, but still nice. The location was good for museums, but no place to get anything you might have forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no little bars of non-perfumed soap, and the liquid soap provided was not fragrance-free. The absolute worst thing was the breakfast! It was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever been to. It had very watery powdered 'scrambled' eggs, cold and greasy sausage, cold shriveled potato chunks, stale cereal, only sickening sweet CoffeeMate for coffee. The coffee was so weak you could see the bottom of the cup. The WORST thing was that the had the audacity to charge $10!!!!

A quick in and out overnight. Met some neat people to share drinks and dinner in the restaurant. A memorable time. I would return.

We stayed here suddenly and unexpectedly after a blown tire during a road trip… 2 adults, 5 kids and our dog. It was a little crazy logistically but our hotel stay was so seamless. The staff were so incredibly kind and patient and helpful from arrival to departure. Especially the sweet girl working the breakfast area - she was so gracious and helpful to our big family. Would totally stay here again! Great experience.

Clean room, but one elevator was down causing very long wait times and having to use the stairs outside of the main building.

Room clean but bathroom fan very noisy. Needs a night light. Mattress comfortable but too many small pillows. Bedside clock not programmable, Had to use cell phone for wake up. Staff friendly but could be more so. Food preparer meant well but messed up order. Cleaning staff did not speak English and that is not acceptable! That alone will not bring me back.

Great service
