Very good location if you like nightlife & music. Very close to Beatles associated stuff, like museum & Cavern club. Very helpful staff to check in as app was faulty, however in the dorm one very noisy guest whose loud snooring kept us up all night & the staff were unhelpful.

There was an event the first night there which was quite loud until 11pm. Once we were able to open the window, there were no screens and a lot of bugs. It was the Saturday morning that there was an event before the football match. We were woken up at 9am with music blasting. No joke, it scared the heck out of us. Even with the window closed, it was way insanely loud. There were hundreds of people by noon and this lasted until well past midnight. We had left the hotel to go find breakfast and when we came back there were people sitting on the stairs to get to the rooms. One man blocked my way and told me to have a drink with him. We were also told after 9pm on the first night when a man came to our room that we had to move the car as they needed the space for a food truck, bars, and kiosk to be set up for the Saturday game. It was 10 minutes away in someone's empty yard where we told to park. We picked this place as my husband went to the football match but had I known, I would not have booked there. I understand that the building was quite old, but very run down.

This Ibis Hotel is well situated in Liverpool. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a premium room and it was very clean and had all amenities that you could want. We had an exception stay

Five minute walk to football stadium.

Rooms are very basic, and there was a drain smell in the room, but we opened the window which was fine. Other than that, it was all good. Great location for the M&S arena, dock and town centre.

Really ideal location for us and our room was all as advertised and expected. Reception to check-in was across the road from the green door for No.8. Thank you.
