We found the room very loud, we were woken several times overnight to loud noises. The hotel itself was nice, the breakfast was very average. When we went to find a table nothing was cleared and it seemed the staff were overwhelmed. The location of the hotel was very average. It was difficult to get to the main tourist areas. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you don’t have a car.

Extremely pleased with the location. Food service, amenities and professionalism of all staff we encountered. We experienced a medical emergency and the hotel was so supportive and professional. I cannot say enough of how wonderful our stay was in the Hotel. Thank you all.

This hotel advertises a shuttle to the airport but I was informed that we weren't eligible for it and would need to take a taxi. The hotel has seen better days and the staff was not helpful. The plumbing was loud and didn't work properly. We were disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

A lovely little hotel in the busy University district of Bologna Our Saturday night stay was very noisy as the students partied the night away right outside our bedroom window!! The next three nights were quiet and fine. Our room (106) had a very small shower which was fine for myself and husband, but I imagine people who are not as petite as us would struggle to even get into it!!! The breakfast staff couldn’t have been more helpful or charming - nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the city…

Perfect location for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
