Nice, inexpensive hotel with friendly staff and fairly good location. I would recommend for short stays in Istanbul.

Great place to stay in Istanbul. In walking distances to many of the historical sites, great restaurants and shopping. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful and the rooftop provided picturesque views.

Clean hotel but disappointed with the size of the twin room I had booked. It was much smaller than advertised and other twin rooms I saw during maids cleaning the rooms. I booked the Turkish hammam & massage deal at the hotel. Shocked that it was a male attendant considering it’s a Muslim country and no communication from the spa staff informing you of this which is unacceptable. Paid for breakfast but wasn’t impressed at all. Only tried it once and didn’t bother trying it again.

Fantastic atrium and reception area is beautiful and clean, but this does not reflect the rest of the hotel. The building is old and poorly maintained beyond the lobby. The swimming pool is tiny and freezing cold. Steam room out of service too. Our room was huge, but housekeeping was terrible, did not clean properly, bins not emptied, the bath drained slowly when showering and was never cleaned during our stay. Floors look like they have not been cleaned in years. 1 day we returned to find the hand soap had been spilled all over the bathroom counter and sink and had just been left for us to clean up. Very convenient location comes with the compromise of being extremely noisy. Unfortunately the hotel has poor sound proofing from the outside and internally. The paved road means even a car rolling normally over it causes loud rumbling noises in our room. After the first night of terrible sleep we had to buy ear plugs and eye masks because the curtains did not fully cover the large windows. We actually felt like our bed was out on the street it was so noisy and bright. Breakfast was absolutely dreadful, we tried for 2 days and then went out for breakfast the remainder of the start. We have had better food at a budget hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming, but everything you ask doesn't actually get resolved. It seems everything in Istanbul the response is "no problem", but you need to come back in the morning. Definitely not 5* once you leave the reception lobby area.

The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and located in a prime spot close to many great sightseeing and entertainment areas. The staff are extraordinarily friendly, kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety of options. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and appreciated everything provided. Thank you so much!
