The front desk staff was fantastic—friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The room was a mess. The shower was visibly dirty with someone else’s hair still in it, the carpet clearly hadn’t seen a vacuum in a while, and there was actual food—candy and nuts—under the bed, easily visible right near the edge. Surfaces were grimy, and the thick layer of dust wasn’t new. This wasn’t just missed—it had been neglected for a long time. The front desk deserves five stars. The room? Not even close.

You can hear the neighbors talking and there TV. The shower was so strong that it hurt your body. Had to take a bath instead of a shower.

We stay here ever year before Memorial day weekend . We like the proximity of restaurants to walk to and the staff is always friendly. One thing i think could change would be the breakfast buffet. It is very small with not many food choices.

Overall an ok hotel. They were not able to accommodate the adjoining rooms as requested. Ice machine weren’t working on several floors possibly due to soccer tournament.

Tub trouble

Shower tub filled with about 6 inches of water during each shower. Nothing like standing in your own filth. Took tub 30 minutes in between each shower to drain x 3 showers. Tried adjusting the drain cap but nothing worked.

Old hotel, but, upkeep is good. Seems safe, parking is well lit. The hotel staff are very accommodating. You get whay you pay for and I got a fairly decent price. Overall, nice place (I've stayed there several times).

Repeat guest - Nice hotel - Housekeeping Not Great

The hotel is nice and the front desk staff is friendly and super helpful. Housekeeping could be better. We had to take our own trash out and ask for more toilet paper and towels. The only thing housekeeping did during our 5 night stay is pick up towels and drop a few off but not even the same amount each day. There were clothes from a previous guest in our dresser which makes me wonder how well the rooms are cleaned between guests.

Great Staff and all that you need!

The room was great and the hotel staff was amazing!!!! We loved our flatbread at the restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful glass of wine at the bar. The bartender was great too. Loved having the convenience of a Starbucks as well. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the lighting in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was outstanding!!!
