We were in the Event Center, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We would go back to our room on Saturday. Sunday we had to check out at 11am; and using the bathroom was horrendous. I don’t know why they didn’t have event staff checking on them every so often

He was being very rude and nasty. It wasn’t about the money at all but why was I not charged before. ...

Best Western Lakewood Inn
The only issue we have are the beds. Have stayed there several times and every bed is so noisy. Every time you move or roll over they the squeaking wakes you up.
