The staff were very helpful, room clean and breakfast ok.

The room was simple but as advertised, although I wish there had been a little more light. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed eating out in front of the hotel. The location is perfect for attending a performance at the arena, would definitely stay here again if going to a show!

No dining service after breakfast. No snacks or even a water fountain available for guests. Hotel to far from town. No decent restaurants near hotel. Swimming pool dirty. Patio furniture dirty. I will never book this hotel again. Reception & cleaning staff very friendly though!

Room was small, old and the shower could barely fit. Location was great and perhaps that's what they charge for.

Located 20 minutes away from the Arena. In exchange you receive a comfortable hotel with parking facilities. In our case, in the evenings when we had dinner in town we requested a taxi (it always arrived within 5 minutes). Usually a 10 minute ride. After dinner we walked. In summary, if you have a car this is a perfect hotel.

A perfectly agreeable, small hotel right in the center of Verona, a few minutes away from the arena and just a few steps away from Castelvecchio. Rooms are small and a little dated, but clean and functional/basic. The staff were exceptionally helpful with restaurant suggestions and polite in every way. I would stay there again at this price point, especially if breakfast included is not a requirement for you.
