The hotel is clean and with good amenities. Excellent location close to Hakata station, but you can hear some train noise at night. The only thing I don’t like is the reception that helped me with my check-in. Her name is Araki and she was really rude during the whole checkin process, didn’t use any “please” and had a very bad attitude.

This is a fantastic hotel. Great front desk staff, great onsen, and a really good location right by Kumamoto station. From here you can catch the tram into the city centre.

Fast and easy with wonderful assistance from the front desk team
