Unique stay! - a building from 1800s that survived a huge fire! Definitely look into the history! - I found the location super convenient & I am a light sleeper and had no issues with noise. Skytrain station is right there and takes you from Surrey to downtown Vancouver easy. The waterfront is right there. Walking to restaurants, I would say this is a historic hidden gem! Definitely would stay again.

The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet. The hotel is located in the Vancouver suburb of Collingswood. It has a lowkey vibe which was wonderful to return to after a busy day in the dynamic high energy city. If you are looking for a good budget hotel this is the one.

Beautiful property: large clean room. Excellent and attentive staff. One problem: on 2 days the spa and pool were unavailable due to a private event. We should have been notified prior to booking.

Overall a clean room definitely dated portable ac unit is loud but it works small tv and room had no storage or dresser coffee machine was broken downstairs they did offer an alternative yet im not much for instant

Perfect spot for our quick Vancouver visit. We walked, rented bikes, took the aqua bus.

Very quiet and clean place all organized. I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner. Loved it
