Thr breakfast buffet option is a must

Facilities are very clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. It’s a good place to meet other travelers and the common space in the dormitory is spacious and welcoming.

Our room was more spacious than many of the hotels that we’ve stayed at in Japan. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great!

This is an older hotel/onsen that has been bought by a Japanese chain, and they have done a great job refurbishing parts of it while keeping the general feel of an older onsen. My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff very kind and helpful, the food good, and the atmosphere in general very pleasant. Everything felt reasonably priced, and we had no problems using the onsen even with tattoos. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone else looking for some peace in the Japanese mountainside.

I wanted to share my feedback on this hotel. It was in an excellent location right next to the train station and shopping areas, which made moving luggage from the train very easy. The breakfast buffet was also delightful with a lot of options. Additionally, it is located close to the park, which is a great spot to spend an hour or so. Highly recommend it!

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't have the breakfast nor use the parking so I can't speak to those areas. I had an amazing stay and really enjoyed my room and the location. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
