It would’ve been nice to have fresh towels and trash emptied on a daily basis. That was the only downfall.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

My husband and I stayed the night before our cruise, we were unaware of the breakfast as we needed a voucher to get the breakfast, we were rudely turned away by the breakfast server he was going to the next guest , as we were already brushed off by the front desk lady by only saying the breakfast is $13 but not properly providing all information such as we needed to purchase the voucher from her , she left us thinking we could just pay the breakfast server to find out that wasn't true. The desk associate tried to blame me by saying I didn't tell her I wanted to buy them , I worked front desk for over 7 years and would never treat a guest like she did us providing half the information which was poor communication also to make the guest feel it's their fault, instead of brushing customers off to the side provide all needed information that way they don't have to approach the desk again . It was just horrible and she saying $13 as if we couldn't afford the breakfast. Suggestion: When asked about the breakfast or upon checking in tell the customer the breakfast is or is not included and it will be $13 per person.

The hotel was okay for our short stay. But not worth the money they charged. There were a lot of questionable individuals coming in/out of the property as well as nearby. But my biggest complaint was with the staff at the front desk this morning 10Oct2026 at approximately 10:30am. I mentioned our stay had been fine for the most part, except for our final night (when those above us made major noise all night long and also since the previous night also our shower would not drain. I mentioned these items and asked if they could compensate or accommodate for the issues and lack of sleep caused by noise the night before. He asked, "Did I report it." I said, "No. As i felt unsafe making a noise complaint with such questionable individuals coming in/out of the property. As they likely would know who reported fhem for noise." The individual simple shrugged me off showing zero concern or empathy. And said, "I can't do anything since you didn't report it." There was no acknowledgement as to why I didn't report the issue, etc. I would not advise anyone to stay here. And especially if you have children.

The hotel has a great atmosphere. The check in lady was very nice she explained everything on details . Beach was just a block from the hotel . Love this hotel and definitely recommend it . Restaurant is downstairs too and very convenient
