Yeniçiftlik Vacation Packages

I would not recommend this hotel. Looks nothing like the photos. Very run down building. Rooms are dirty , bedding had burnt marks all over time. Shower is full off black mould. Air conditioner not working. Wake up with bites over my legs. Was due to stay 4 nights. I spent 1 night and left. Did not get refund for other 3 nights.

The hotel.is very nice breakfast very good helpful staff .

The room was very small, which made our stay a bit challenging, especially with my 87-year-old mom. The breakfast quality was good, but the dining area was often overcrowded. We also had no control over the room temperature (to make it cold), and it was sometimes uncomfortably hot. It got better when the weather cooled down. Additionally, we were without water for about 16 hours due to flooding, which made the overall experience less pleasant. However, I have to mention that the staff and manager did their best to help us. They moved us to a bigger room and tried to adjust the temperature to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated their efforts.

Det er et meget fin hotel .Det er lidt svært fremkommelig veje .

The staff were unhelpful. The Wi-Fi was not working, and they kept saying they would send someone to check it, but the problem was never fixed. There was also no heating in the room. When we complained, they simply told us to cover ourselves well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul.

The staff on arrival were great but after that not so much-the man who checked us in was so nice but I felt like I never saw him after that-could’ve been timing. The biggest issue I had was how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were-woke up with terrible pain. The pillows were so small and looked like they been through several fights. Location was good but horrible sleep.
