Not as advertised. No laundry facilities, no newspapers, no coffee and tea in common area. Otherwise suitable if used mostly for sleeping. Very tight bathroom entry, had to snake around door to get to sink area and I'm a small person. Shower nice, but took forever to get hot water. Breakfast was fine, good service, and I thought a nice selection. They kept luggage upon arrival, no problems. Air conditioning worked well. Not a far walk to the Underground. Stores and restaurants nearby. Quiet residential street. Worked fine for our needs.

ROOM was so HOT

Small boutique hotel very convenient for Paddington station. Very clean and recently decorated in pleasant style. I liked the toiletries in the room and the automatic doors which are so helpful when you have your hands full of luggage. Staff welcoming. Breakfast very good and also refreshments available in the lobby. Our room was small, but you should expect that in London. There were some good space saving designs in the room. Air con was appreciated and sound proofing effective.

This was a beautiful hotel that felt very high end without a huge price tag. The location is very convenient to Paddington station, but the street itself was quiet. The bedding was quite comfortable and AC worked well! Staff was very helpful and polite. I will gladly return if I'm in London again.

Great location. Walkable. A bit noisy due to traffic. I would stay here again.

The apartment was great - getting in the property was tricky at first as code didn't work and property manager didn't respond but beyond that was good. the hallway and elevator was very dirty on arrival. the apartment was good though. nice size/quality

It was decent . Breakfast was good.

Staff were all very helpful but the room was very hot and the a/c was useless. We struggled to set it ourselves not realizing that after you set it you had to press an on button. Staff did this manually from the front desk, but the temperature of the room stayed at 26 all night. Room was small but cleverly designed to not feel cramped.
