The hotel was close to the subway station

Excellent location, very clean and nice staff

Great location and very good hotel over all. Few mins walk to the restaurants, subway station, Starbucks, GS25 & CU store. There is a bidet in the bathroom, mini fridge with free water bottles and a safe. The AC worked very well. Quite at night even thought we were at the lower floor. The gym has a refill water station. WIFI was good through out our stay. Check in was easy, there is a Wowpass machine in the lobby. There is a top roof garden if you want to check out the city.

Nightmare! There were so many tour busses that held a lot of people. Plus there were no regulations or system on catching an elevator with that much people. We arrived to check in at around 10pm after a long day in Seoul, to find the hotel lobby flooded with people. Hotel.com also charges extra for pool access (which I paid for) and was unable to use because swimming caps are required. (Which was NOT noted anywhere). Staff asked us to buy them at Emart and none were available, then asked us to go 2 mins away to buy them. The pool hours are too limited and the rooms are run down. Doesn't look like the photos.

The stad lady was amazing, she helped a lot, forgot her name as I am making this review for my parents, but she are from Spain and my parents mention me she help them a lot.

Staff is very friendly and is able to understand and speak English decently. The location, however, blows my mind every time I stay there. Right in the heart of Gangnam-gu, Sinsa station. Everything cool is literally within the reach!!! So convenient. 24-hour women’s sauna is 5 minute walk, 24/7 soup restaurant is the same distance, UniqLo store 7 minute walk, Gentle Monster store 20 minutes walk, closest to some of the major Plastic Surgery clinics etc.etc. And just because of this, I choose to stay at this hotel over and over again and recommend to anyone

The front desk staff and overall service at this hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming! However, there was a maintenance issue in room 901—the sink has a long-term leak, and the wood underneath has become visibly moldy. The staff is wonderful, but the room condition needs improvement."
