Front desk attendants super nice and helpful. Room clean and has everything you need. Would definitely stay there again.

We had several meals in the hotel. 2 were very good. 1 was just OK. (Sushi). 1 was cold. Cooked Breakfast.
The onsite ONSEN was amazing and made our vacation at this property worthwhile.
We will definitely be coming back.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

It would have been perfect if makeup remover had been included in the amenities. The food, staff, and room were all of a satisfying quality.
