Booked here for the pool. Was very disappointed with the room and cleanliness. Had to wipe down many things and floor was filthy. However, front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Accidentally left my wedding band on sink counter. Didn’t realize until I was a state away. Promptly called, the desk agent got right on it and back with me within 30 minutes. Housekeeping had turned it in, she took my remaining information and had it sent out the next day to my address! I was extremely grateful and impressed.

Horrible experience

The room was very dirty. The sheets were not washed. The smell in the room was awful as well as the sheets and pillows. There were holes and spots on the sheets.It smelt as mold. Pictures on the website do not match real situation. It was the most horrible experience ever!

Place was a dump. Outside was dirty and unkept. Dark Lobby, umbrella at pool unusable, no hand soap, drinking cups and no wifi in our room. We asked about wifi but ignored. Staff was always busy doing other tasks and that breakfast was soooo bad. I would suggest no one should stay there even for 1 night. I would have rather stay in our truck then pay what we did at this place. Ramada used to be one of the best…not anymore and we could not run fast enough to leave.

The room was dirty but i cleaned it myself. The toilet didn't want to flush. Bathtub was stopped up. I got charged twice for the room and more than the quote that was on Expedia.

To be fair, we only stopped for the night on our way from Ohio to South Carolina, so we were there for limited time. But light fixtures were rusted, we stuck to the carpet and the room had a musty smell. Somehow we also missed that all the rooms have doors that open to the parking lot. The breakfast was limited to cereals and 'make your own pancake' machine which had a line a mile long. There were also only six 4 top tables. Most people took it back to their room, which had no seating and only a desk. When traveling with kids, there's no balancing it on your lap on the bed.

Shocked by condition of property after having read good reviews! Light switch for main light did not work. Television did not work. Sheets did not look clean. Told it was a non smoking room but smelled like one. When checking out, I wanted to point out issues so that staff could correct. Staff member on cell phone in hallway near desk. Was brushed off and told just to leave key cards at front desk.

My room looked like a storage room. There was an oven, a full size refrigerator, tables and shelving stacked on top of each other and looked like it was not meant for guests and there was a strange smell. I checked in at about 2am but had reserved the room a week prior, so I felt like they had run out of rooms for the night and just stuck me in a room that was meant for storage.

The floor of our room was so dirty. We had a pet-friendly room with tile instead of carpet. They didn't mop down the floor, and after noticing a weird reflection by the foot of the bed shortly after arriving, I discovered there was animal diarrhea that hadn't been cleaned up from the previous guest. This explained why the room smelled so bad. I cleaned it up myself with a towel just to make the smell go away. Later, I knocked over a tiny cup of water onto the floor, and when I mopped it up, the towel was pitch black with dirt and grime from the floor. I didn't want to be barefoot in that room. When I prepared for bed, I discovered my bed sheets had rips and stains all over them. Not clean, not quality. Only the outermost sheet seemed clean so I slept on top of everything with my shoes on and waited for morning so I could leave.
