The outside of the hotel was nice. The front desk receptionist was okay but certainly not overly friendly . The room was okay but my bed was rock hard. The breakfast was bad. The juice machine wasn't working (the out of order sign looked old) and the milk cartons had all expired so there was nothing to drink. The scrambled eggs were hardly edible and the bread was stale. This is one chain that has gone downhill.

The breakfast was not up to the usual good food we have had before. The eggs were very bland and no taste. The recipe used for making waffles had no flavor what so ever. They both use to be very good. The sausage, potatoes, and biscuits were very good.

Lovely Stay!

We had a very pleasant stay. Happy to have discovered an ice machine on our floor! Comfortable bed with hypoallergenic pillows! We also found a lovely coffee cafe nearby! Beautiful mountain scenery, very clean!

The hotel is not new and feels somewhat tired. However, sheets and towels were nice and fresh, and overall room was clean. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and we got a good night sleep. The breakfast was as expected at a hotel with included breakfast: hot eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Kids enjoyed cooking their own waffles. The dining area is not very spacious and got pretty busy mid-breakfast. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay here again.
