This was my second stay this year at this property. The staff at reception is professional and very nice.
The cost was significantly higher and in muy view it is too high for a hotel that provides room service only after 3 days.
Finished are standar. I found the bed not comfprtable and the pillows are lumpy and past their best by date.
Unfortunatley the communiction was not great. Tre are no phones the rooms. To communicate withthe front desk you use an app. My messages were not returned despite the fact I confirmed they had been received. On mu final night I asked for a wake up call for the next morning. I did not get one.
Also Saturday night at 11:30 I went to the reception. I waited 10 minutes but no one was there. The door to the offices was wideopenand people were comingin from the street.
