The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.

They had very good service and was very helpful with things we needed.

We liked the that it was central in the city , but the room was not clean ,we had to ask for coffee cups , wine glasses , toilet paper was broken and one of our rooms were not cleaned daily . Everything was addressed very quickly but wouldn’t return .

Great location, good sized suite. Very comfortable bed.

The room was clean, genuinely friendly staff, and a fantastic breakfast. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed many times and will continue to do so.
