Okay service.

Great location

The room was clean. The shower is outdated. Parking is terrible. The fire alarm went off by mistake around 4am for 10 min because they couldn't get it shut off right away. We ate at the restaurant in the lobby for dinner and my wife found a hair in her pasta which turned her stomach and would not eat the rest of the night. They did comp our meal. The breakfast is free which is great. The wifi was not free, which is weird. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

My go to hotel when I’m in Pittsburgh. Easy to get to, parking garage right below the hotel, and great location with a ton of places within walking distance.

Overall the room and hotel was very clean. I don’t know what jr was before being a hotel but you see remnants of a past life. It’s quiet and quaint. I recommend getting a suite if traveling for two or more. The bedding could use an update and include more lush options and thicker material. The location however can’t be beat. Be prepared to pay hefty daily valet or just park in lot across the street.

Staff very helpful made our stay so enjoyable. Hotel is walking distance to most attractions.

Nice one
