I don’t like to leave negative feedback but I won’t lie either. Our initial excitement about the property and its amenities was overshadowed by disgust after we found roaches in our unit. We let the first one slide thinking we had just seen a bug but after finding several roaches throughout the kitchen and living room area we let the staff know. It’s quite disappointing because it could have been a great experience had it not been for the fear of roaches getting into our stuff.

This was a family trip went we get to the apartment it was bad smell I call reception to see it was posible change our apartment but it was no posible to switch,my daughter find a hair in the toilet,this time I had bad experience

We have stayed at this property many times, and it is a favorite. Only once did we have sort of a weird experience in that the AC was not working, and the maintenance closet was open. I reported it as it was very hot and allowed them to come to the room while we were gone to dinner. When we returned, the closet was closed, but the HEAT was on. Then our window was open allowing bees and wasp because it was spring. Again, a one time experience. We love this property. It is clean, spacious, good parking, and convenient.

We had a great experience with our 2 year old! We read some reviews an another website that had us a little nervous before our arrival but our experience was excellent. The property is beautiful! A lot of activities for kids and family. The staff was super friendly and at check-in you receive a text where you can text the front desk for requests rather than call the desk- so that was very convenient! Our unit was beautiful and the kitchen was equipped with all your kitchen needs. Plenty of room for a 2 year old to play and run around without feeling on too of each other. The only down fall was the units were basically apartments and the doors to enter were very loud so we heard the doors slam anytime our neighbors would come or go. Overall our experience was wonderful and we will be back!

Since I’m 87 years old and traveling alone, I would’ve appreciate having had a first floor room. At check-in, I did request it, but I don’t think she heard me or I wasn’t being clear. I’ll be rebooking again soon and I’ll make it more clear when I book. The room exceeded my expectations.

The condo was very big and convenient with a kitchen and washer dryer. The location of the property was convenient to the sites we visited, such as the Jamestown Settlement and old town Williamsburg. We would definitely stay here again.
