I felt like the property needed seating outside so the smokers can have a place to sit and enjoy the nice weather. I did have a problem with my room I had to call the front desk and have house keepers come in and vacuum my room because it was food on the floor

Damaged wall in room not repaired correctly. Large cracks in shower tiles. Mold on exhaust fan in bathroom. Someone through themselves up against the wall and pushed in a 1x2ft area of drywall. Looked like they tried to repair it but failed tremendously. Did not even have to turn on the lights to see it. Makes me wonder what else they tried to cover up.

Location very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg - the reason for our trip. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly and accommodating. some renovation is necessary. We stayed on the top floor - the ceiling was peeling, apparently after a leak. Also there was a water puddle beside the HAVAC unit despite the fact that we did not use it. The bathtub needs replacing or at least resurfacing, it looks rather disgusting. But despite all these shortcomings we were happy and comfortable.

Checked in after bowling tournament, first room was filthy. Tub had a ring of dirt around the tub, sheets were covered with hair. Complained to the front desk and his response was our housekeeper called out.

facility was dirty. dust on everything, smudges on windows and mirrors from fingers of past guests. stains on sheets, towels and chairs. dining area was dirty, layers of dirt in corners and sticky surfaces. it looked like all that was done was changing linens and a quick wipe of table tops, no actual cleaning. not to mention the past guests dirty sheets were still piled up in the hallway outside of our door when we arrived even though we arrived well after the arrival time. No temperature control over water in shower also, goes from scalding hot to cold to hot to cold with no warning, impossible to get a nice shower in instead you have to rush a fast shower trying not to burn yourself.

It was amazing. We have been visiting CW for nearly 15 years. This is our first stay at the La Quinta, and it will NOT BE OUR LAST! The beds were amazing, breakfast was delicious and staff were wonderful. We are coming back next Saturday for St. Patrick's Day celebrations. We have already made our reservations here for next weekend.

The room was not clean and then we ask to change the room and the next room was not clean so we ask to cancel the reservation and went to the hotel next door.

Worst place I have ever stayed! There were stained bed sheets, frayed lamp cords, stained tub and mildewed shower head just to name the worst. The staff was disinterested, there was no ice machine on my floor and internet was spotty. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again and will certainly pass the word.
