Not what i expected for the price

We stayed here for 2 nights and for the price, it was just ok. I had high expectations but was a little disappointed. The property overall is clean, with decent amenities but the service wasn't great and the condition of the room was not what i would expect for this type of hotel. My main complaints were regarding the bathroom and housekeeping. The toilet wouldn't flush from the moment we got there and maintenance had to fix it. Then it literally ran, loudly, all night long. Also, i was calling the front desk from the phone in the room but the cord must have had a short because it kept going dead mid-conversation, so i had to go down in person. I also asked for just one extra towel and it never arrived, so i had to go back down to the lobby to get it myself. The tub/shower didn't work properly so if you turn on the shower, half of the water comes from the shower head and the rest from the tub spicket, so it was filling up with water during my showers. We were out when housekeeping came to tidy up and all they did was make up the 2 beds, and empty the trash. We had a pull-out sofa as well which they did not touch or attempt to make up while we were gone. They didn't even replace the trashbag they they took. And lastly, they charged me for parking for both nights which they NEVER mentioned at any point during check-in. They just ask if you have a vehicle but never said they were charging me for parking in the huge, hotel parking lot. Overall, just ok.

No microwave. Too far from elevator. Staff have no knowledge regarding swiming pool open hrs and amenities. Breakfast buffet service charge with no notice. Parking fee. Way over price on name value and overall. So disappointed.

I will not stay here again. Overpriced.

I waited fifteen minutes just to check in - I don’t want to create yet another hotel reward account in order to use their app. They charge $12 to park a car in their huge parking lot and no free breakfast. Bathroom was tiny even though I was in a five person room. No clean pool towels by the pool / only bins overflowing with used ones. For the price the room and overall hotel condition seemed very old, though it was clean .
