Nice property, but should have told customers that property is under construction. Stairwells blocked off….not safe. Gym closed. Was not acknowledged or thanked for being a gold member. Have noticed that being gold member does not mean anything now.

Property was being renovated so there was construction debris and commotion. I understand the situation and property will be really nice once finished. Our room was renovated and clean. However, we arrived well after 5pm and room was still not ready. Had to wait almost 45 mins in lobby while it was getting cleaned. They said it was because it was a busy weekend. Not a terrible inconvenience but me and all kids just had to sit in lobby after being in car all day already. We were tired and it was well after our promised check in time

There was some remodeling going on in the hotel but it didn’t bother us. Very convenient to Busch Gardens. I was surprised the back doors did not require a key card for access at night. There were a bunch of kids being very loud when we arrived but the front desk person quickly quieted them down. I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the pool.

This hotel room was very nice and spacious. The trash cans around the hotel were all packed full of trash the 2 days we were there. The African american lady behind the desk never smiled and wasn't very friendly both times i had to interact with her. No one ever came and cleaned our room or restocked towels or anything while we were gone.

I had a phenomenal stay! The service was exceptional. The rooms were a good size and I loved having the tub. The restaurant being in the lobby was super convenient. The pool was huge and served as a good source of entertainment and enjoyment. You can’t beat being 6 minutes away from the parks. Before we left, my husband made me promise that this will be the way we visit Busch Gardens from now on. We will happily return.
