Whitesburg Vacation Packages

There was mold and rust in the rooms. The sheets had a musty odor. Our party had to leave and we have not yet been reimbursed.

Great stay, in downtown, walkable to State Farm Arena & Mercedes Benz Stadium. Love the Starbucks in the hotel, friendly staff, would definitely stay there again.

Great! I just wish the scent in the hotel wasn’t so strong. I have allergies, and it gives me a headache.

There was no heat, dirty linens, stained appliances, stained carpet, broken appliances and furniture, dead bugs and insects, spider webs. There was only one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms .

I recently stayed at Foxhall Resort for a wedding celebration and was incredibly disappointed by the disorganization, poor service, and apparent lack of experience among the staff. The frustrations began at check-in, when I advised that our reservation was fully prepaid through Expedia, only to receive the dismissive response, "We will see if it is fully paid." I was then required to produce payment receipts because their system apparently "wasn't integrated" with Expedia. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the entire stay. While the rooms are aesthetically pleasing, they lack basic comforts. Our coffee machine didn't work, housekeeping was nonexistent, and even a request for fresh towels couldn't be accommodated. The bedsheets were also so poorly fitted that I had to readjust the mattress and bottom sheets nightly. Dining options were incredibly limited, and guests who booked through external platforms like Expedia were inexplicably prohibited from charging purchases to their rooms. Throughout the stay, staff appeared inexperienced, communication was inconsistent, and the coordination team seemed entirely unprepared to manage a wedding celebration. What should have been an enjoyable weekend became one frustrating experience after another. A beautiful property means very little when the service and hospitality fall so far below expectations. I can genuinely say I've never looked forward to a 4:00 a.m. flight departure more in my life.

Great location. I had asked one of the female staffs if there was complimentary coffee in the mornings and she said they did not and offered me to go to the coffee shop across the street. In reality the hotel did offer complimentary coffee.

Great stay from start to finish. Was welcomed my Jasmine at the front desk and she was a joy with her service! The music set the tone for the stay and I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the hotel, very niche. The room was huge with a sitting area off to the side and plenty of windows. If I had to give one critique, the elevator was slow lol. I’ll be back!
