Excellent property, one of the best I’ve been to so far. Beautiful, great pool, attentive personnel, the house has everything you need. Would be great to include some amenities such as golf tour or something else, but great experience

Una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado para el precio pagado. El hotel necesita urgentemente una remodelación y una mejora considerable en la calidad de sus servicios. Desde nuestra llegada, el check-in fue excesivamente lento debido a la falta de personal. Además, reservamos y pagamos específicamente una habitación con vista al jardín, pero no recibimos la categoría ofrecida. Lo más preocupante fue el estado de la habitación y el baño, había humedad y filtraciones evidentes en varias áreas. Cuento con videos que documentan estas condiciones. La reserva era para tres personas y, aun así, únicamente dejaron toallas para dos huéspedes, otro detalle que refleja falta de atención y organización. En cuanto al buffet, la variedad era muy limitada y las opciones resultaban repetitivas, en el desayuno, comida y en la cena. Para el precio y la categoría que pretenden ofrecer el hotel, esperábamos mucho más. Como puntos positivos, destacaría la comida del restaurante mexicano y la buena atención recibida por parte de algunos miembros del personal. Lamentablemente, estos aspectos positivos no fueron suficientes para compensar el resto de la experiencia. En mi caso, la relación calidad-precio no estuvo a la altura y no recomendaría este hotel basándome en nuestra estancia.

El staff súper amable , las habitaciones muy limpias. La bebida de buena calidad, las familias tienen muchas opciones, muy buena variedad en los alimentos,La Playa limpia y espectacular!!!

1000 definitely recommend especially if you go with no kids stay in the adult side. You get pampered and princess. You have the bartender that bring you your drinks in the pool without you getting out

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people
