Don’t be fooled by the AI pics of the rooms. This place was terrible. The rooms smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, the air conditioning didn’t work in either room and were leaking all over the floor. the manager ghosted me bc he didn’t want to help w any solutions. It was awful! Don’t be scammed by this place!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIPs the entire stay. A huge highlight was getting to use the BCone boat such a fun and unique way to enjoy the water, and not something you find at every hotel along with fantastic dining options, transport and more! The beach access was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for relaxing between celebrations. A special shout-out to Nicole at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra memorable. Her warmth and attention to detail didn't go unnoticed — she's a huge asset to this property. If you're looking for a place that combines great service, a gorgeous beach, and fun extras like the BCone boat, this hotel delivers on all fronts. We'll definitely be back!
