Cool retro style hotel. Very clean. Very friendly. Nice indoor pool and hottub.

Everything was wonderful from the time we pulled up to the valet station through the entirety of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. We even asked to stay for an extra night that they were happy to accommodate at the front desk and even gave us the discounted third party rate. There are so many little perks that make this a special experience: happy hour in the darling library lobby, sunset views from the rooftop bar/restaurant, a darling breakfast basket left outside your door each morning. The room was wonderfully set with a cute sectional couch facing the arched windows away from the comfortable king size bed. There was a snack basket and fridge full of goodies at a reasonable price and complimentary water, hot beverages and soda. They have luxurious soft robes and slippers ready for your comfort. The location is perfect with restaurants, entertainment, shopping all within walking distance. I highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view was great. The electric heater in the living room was a bit noisy. The bathroom was recently renovated and nice. The staff person at checkout was very nice.

At nearly $500 per night and given their Michelin recognition, the experience fell far below expected standards. Key concerns include: - Booking & Check-In: Inability to link our frequent stay number and no notification when our room was ready. - Safety: Loose stone steps and uneven risers lacking handrails from the parking lot, exposed nails on wood planks, and flower pots obstructing the second-floor stair railings. - Room Condition: Despite a 15% discount for two broken lamps, the room was poorly maintained, featuring worn furniture, unusable furniture, lack of storage in the rooms and bathroom, and severe dust from the blinds and sofa that triggered allergies. The decor was completely like one's first rented apartment with friends filled with furniture that someone else discarded in the alley. Most chairs were unusable, or uncomfortable, and the bureau drawers were dirty and musty. The sofa is a safety issue. Room and Main building are very dated.

Definitely my favorite hotel in Asheville. Amazing location. Amazing room. Amazing staff. The televisions could use an upgrade with an addition of apps like Netflix and Hulu. It is not a smart TV.

PERFECT Everything about this property is absolutely wonderful. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, the beds and linens delightful. You can't get a better location!!

The Airstream Campers were awesome! I also appreciate having a charging station for my EV car! We ate at the site a few times, and it was a nice option. Their coffee is fantastic, and great way to start the day!
