Really unique, amazing find.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Asheville Downtown and paid $139/night, which I felt was a good value for everything included. The hotel was clean, modern, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was updated and everything was well maintained. The free hot breakfast was a nice bonus and had plenty of options to start the day. I also appreciated having access to the fitness center and laundry room—the large washers were only $2.50 per load, which was very convenient during my trip. The lobby also had snacks and drinks available for purchase if you needed something quick. These amenities are offered by the hotel and were useful during my stay. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working during my visit, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to relaxing after a long day. Other than that, everything else met my expectations. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a clean, comfortable hotel with great amenities and a reasonable price, especially if you’re visiting Asheville and want a good value.

Very clean house, lots of amenities and plenty of things to do near the house. Very family friendly but was a great short getaway trip for my husband and I. Price was extremely reasonable!

Beautiful and unique property with excellent service and amenities. We were greeted with complimentary champagne, enjoyed our room, ate on site, ordered room service, and used the valet, as well as booked spa services. Highly recommend!

The house was cute, well appointed and just right for our small group of women. Contrary to the advertisement, the property is not walking distance to any food, and is 6 miles from Biltmore Village (there are some restaurants about 3 miles away). I think it's more than 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville as well. After booking and receiving the actual address, I tried to contact Avantstay and it took several days and several attempts to get a response. Once at the property, the local team was responsive (the outdoor firepit did not work). The house had nice features, ample supplies of towels and necessities, and the beds were super comfortable. The living room TV was large, and there were many comfortable places to sit (no DVD, but many streaming options with my passwords). Overall, it was a terrific place to stay.
