I had issues with food and room charges when I went to the front desk they said they were not part of the restaurant so I would have to discuss the issue with them. Which I did the restaurant staff were excellent and did resolve the issue. However when I checked out the front desk said there were not additional charges and they would email the receipt. I never received the receipt I attempted on numerous times to contact the hotel since they did however charge my credit card $300 plus!! The hotel never responded to ANY of my requests for my final invoice so why did they charge my card, and why did they charged my card when I was told I had no charges due!!! Extremely disappointed this was my 2nd stay I will never stay with them again I am appalled with management! On my first stay I had one robe in my room on check in- I notified the front desk they said I would not be charged however they did charge my card $ 80.00 two months later and they never resolved that issue either! After numerous emails!!!!

The A/c didnt work well , and neither did the room fridge.

I needed a place to stay for an early morning flight and this place was so gross and run down I almost left to sleep in the airport. The remote was broken for the tv, the sheets had stains and sticky liquids on them, the bathroom had hair all over it, and the floors were sticky and slimy. The whole experience was gross.
