Stayed the night as we were passing through. While the room was very quiet, the beds were rock hard and the pillows flattened down to nothing. Found an anti depressant pill and half an earing clip on the floor so not too impressed as we had our child with us.

No ice machine and no ice from reception and when we asked for some tall glasses we were told no, we fon't have any. Then we asked for some small glasses and the hotel person demanded to see the cupboard (we showed them that a 2 bedroom apartment only had 3 small tumblers), I don't think they believed us. Then he produced 4 tall glasses.

Staff and location was excellent

Bed was so comfortable.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, great rooms, the reception staff were great, shout out to Kath on the front desk for helping me when I arrived, also the other reception staff were great. Great location, a few mins walk to green square train station, easy to get to / from airport, the area is definitely improving facility wise as 5 min walk from hotel is a woolies supermarket (which do great cooked to order pizza and pasta), kfc, McDonalds , Taco Bell, plus local food outlets. Next time I’m in Sydney I will definitely stay here again. The room has a fridge and microwave, cutlery and crockery. Beds are comfy . Laundry room on site to wash and tumble dry. Also a gym down stairs next to laundry room

Amazing hotel, great breakfast, very nice modern, clean and quite rooms, amazing staff!

Ultra convenient to airport, great parking availability. Friendly staff. Restaurant is very expensive though. Also, previous room guests left glasses in the hallway which remained uncollected for duration of our stay.

Great appartment with brilliant amenities. Would highly recommended this as a place to stay.
