Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel
I checked in on Friday with my service dog. The staff was great. I was asked what floor and I suggested one closest to the ground. The hotel was very clean and stocked. My bed was very comfortable and I definitely will be back and I highly recommend

Sonesta Simply Suites Des Moines
Lots of construction going on. Rooms were ok. There was no coffee pot in our room. No employee available to ask for one. Couch was dirty in room pull out couch was very poor. The remote in the room had one for both tvs, not convenient.

Check-in was definitely not up to par. I was with my almost 80 year old mother which I explained and our rooms were on complete end of the hallways as well as her room was not accessible also on 5th floor not conducive with walker. Did not receive the waters until checkout.
