The bathroom door lock was broken. The front door was difficult to lock. The bathroom did not have hotel shampoo. On a good note, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Air conditioner wasn't working so the room was warm. When we called the front desk we were told to open the window and call back in the morning. Needless to say it was not a comfortable nights sleep. The beds leave a lot to be desired.
