Drury Inn & Suites West Des Moines
One of the elevators was not working over the weekend we were there. The motel was very busy so several times we had to take the stairs to our 6th floor room!

Sonesta Essential Des Moines
This hotel was not cleaned and falling apart. Our room was disgusting and the hotel was not safe. There were homeless people in the lobby and using the bathrooms inside the hotel. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel.

Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel
I checked in on Friday with my service dog. The staff was great. I was asked what floor and I suggested one closest to the ground. The hotel was very clean and stocked. My bed was very comfortable and I definitely will be back and I highly recommend

Rooms were nice and clean and updated. Breakfast didn't have eggs but no big deal. Staff very friendly.

Lots of construction going on. Rooms were ok. There was no coffee pot in our room. No employee available to ask for one. Couch was dirty in room pull out couch was very poor. The remote in the room had one for both tvs, not convenient.

What a nice new property that was super clean. A modern style with walk-in shower and a extra large tv. The breakfast was Hilton good with all the extras. Only thing missing was a hot tub by the nice pool.
