Nice stay

We had a great stay. The rooms were nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and accommodating for us convention go-ers. Cant beat the location either as it’s right next to the convention center and street live.

Property was nice! Room was as expected! Valet/service was much to be desired! Room service snd bar service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered! Was told by room service they had water; but if I wanted then I had to come get them myself! She wasn’t delivering them! Bartender in the hotel lounge was so bad it was laughable!! Told us she was doing us a favor by waiting on us! Lost her mind when I ask for 3 small bowls to put nuts in so our party of eight didn’t have to pass around the same cardboard cup she put them in!

I can't say enough good things about Towneplace Suites by Marriott Louisville Airport. Camisha is hands down the GOAT! From the moment we checked in to the moment we had to rebook our room to extend our stay, she made sure we were able to do it. Everyone was incredibly nice and respectful and made a terrible experience for us much better by just being friendly and nice and being good at their job. Thank you all for making it so great for us.

The hotel is very nice and clean, staff was friendly, no issues inside the building. There is a big lobby with coffee and a breakfast area. It is not in the best part of town, it is in an area where I was nervous my vehicle would be broken into, but it didn't happen. I would not recommend staying here if you plan to travel to an event at KEC, the traffic makes the trip from this location take about 45 minutes (when busy). If i had know this, I would have picked a different hotel.
