This is a hidden gem!

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, Kim and Doug weren’t expecting us so we had to wander around to find them. They were quite apologetic and accommodating after. We were able to use the dock across from the property as well as the standup paddle boards. The place is a quick walk to The Kee to Bala. The place is currently under renovation but the room and bathroom was new and beautiful.

Worst hotel experience ever. The lack of basics like a dresser or a table or a closet. And you can't put your things on the floor because the portable AC unit in the room is causing a puddle in the carpet. If you try hanging your stuff on the little command hooks on the walls, they'll fall and take a chunk of drywall with them. There was a TV but no remote. There was trash under the bed. The decorations on the wall were damaged. No fridge, so bring a cooler, but be prepared to haul it up 3 flights. The lighting is very dim in the room. The only good thing is location and access to the Beer spa. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very expensive in my opinion. I was expecting luxury. Not a slum
